You know what they say, blogging is 20% making and writing content, and 80% promo. Ugh. It always takes so much time up, and you start to feel like you’re spamming people. The truth is social media moves fast, even on Facebook, plus most have those darn algorithms meaning your content doesn’t always get seen anyway. If only there was an easier way.
I’ve yet to find a one size fits all for Pinterest, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook – if you know of one that does it all do let me know! Until then I use Tailwind for Pinterest, Facebook creator studio for scheduling Instagram and Missinglettr or SocialBee for Twitter and Facebook. I bought a lifetime licence for SocialBee about a year ago and it has all my evergreen posts on it, plus I add my new ones to it. I also use it to schedule curated content to the two platforms like videos, memes and quotes.
Full disclosure: Missinglettr offered me the chance to try out their services and I agreed in return for this post. My opinions are honest and all my own. Links to Missinglettr are my affiliate links.
So where does Missinglettr come in? Well it does something slightly different. As soon as you make a new post and hit publish, Missinglettr picks it up from your RSS feed and immediately creates a promotional campaign for you. It comes up with a mixture of quotes from your article, simple title and photograph and suggested hashtags. It then produces a schedule to continue promoting it for a defined period of time. I’ve set mine to two weeks. You can then track the campaigns with advanced analytics like best time of day to post. You can change the settings as below:

You can customise your colours and brand logo on the quote bubbles, and change the style to suit. I’ve found that it has given me increased click throughs and engagement that I otherwise would not have had.

There’s also the option of creating your own campaign, like from an old or popular post, and you can view it all on a calendar which is a great visual to have.

I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and I find it really user friendly. There’s very little work to do, the text is all done for you. You can make edits, change hashtags if you like and then it’s done – drip fed into your social media accounts for you. They support Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. You can add more than one site if you like, I have two so it’s perfect for me.
Evergreen Content Setup With Missinglettr
There is also the option to set up evergreen content, so all your popular posts can go in here. Start with your top 10 posts and see how they go, then add more. Click add campaign, then enter the URL, click next. Then you can choose from the following options. I chose 12 month evergreen. They then email you when it’s ready to review. Saves you so much time believe me.

Now for the good part! Missinglettr is offering you, sweet readers, 50% off any plan for the first three months. You can also sign up for a free trial to see if you like it first, with no obligation to buy. Click here to sign up to Missinglettr. Let me know what you think and if you have any questions. For me, it’s been a game-changer.
